When I'm not in my treatment room you can find me with my boyfriend, Morgan, and our pup, Axel. I enjoy music, concerts, indulging in good food, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, and exploring nature.
I strive to build meaningful connections with every client so we can work together to achieve the best results possible. To see a client leave feeling and looking better than when they first arrived is an honor and one of the many reasons I love what I do.
I am passionate about continuing education and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques to provide the best possible services to my clients. I am a certified Master Esthetician with the skincare line 'A Natural Difference', a certified Dermaplane Pro trained professional, and a certified Brow Lamination artist. I continue to take many courses and trainings so I can provide the best service to my clients.
As they say, everything happens for a reason however, hair was never really my thing. It wouldn’t all fall into place until Amanda decided to expand and open The Spa at Spice. Only then did I realize the calming aura of a spa was my true calling. In 2015, I completed the Advanced Medical Spa Aesthetician program at the Academy of Massage and Bodywork. There I learned the latest techniques and treatments for facials, waxing, tinting, and dermaplaning. I have been a licensed esthetician for over 7 years now and I am always excited to work and look forward to each new day.
The road to becoming who I am today took a lot of trial and error. I went to college to become a Radiologic Technologist but always felt as though something was missing. Luckily, in 2011, I started working as a receptionist for Spice Salon while also working on my degree. My boss, Amanda, and I would joke that I would never leave even after graduating and honestly, the more time I spent at Spice the more it started to feel like home.
The beauty industry has played a part in my life since a young age. My love for the industry stemmed from growing up with my mom’s best friend who was a hair stylist. I spent a lot of time in the salon and was truly inspired by all the creativity and expression that walked out of it.

*This service is not recommended for anyone who is taking acne medication or who has active eczema or psoriasis on the face. Brow lamination is a chemical process that allows the hairs to be manipulated and sculpted in a desired shape. This helps to correct stubborn brows, cowlicks or hair that grows in a downward direction. It can also work wonders for thin brows as well since it allows the hair to stretch and gives a fluffy, lifted appearance! Lasts about 5-6 weeks (results will vary). We recommend letting your brows grow in for a minimum of 4 weeks before receiving this service for best results. This includes no waxing, tweezing or trimming. A brow shaping is included with laminations. Unsure if this service is right for you? Book a complimentary consultation to discuss!
A temporary stain for your lashes and brows. Color is customized based on your specific hair color and skin tone and can be a more natural or bold shade depending on your request! Great for clients who have light brows or lashes and/or for someone who wants an easier morning routine by cutting down on makeup application. Lasts up to 4 weeks.
Includes trimming, waxing and tweezing.
*If you’re unable to be waxed, we will just trim & tweeze. Please mention this when booking your appointment
A physical/manual exfoliation that removes the outermost layer of dead skin and vellus hair by using a sterile surgical blade. This service rejuvenates the skin, minimizes the appearance of fine lines & superficial hyperpigmentation, improves product penetration and creates the perfect canvas for makeup application. If you're looking for the best glow of your life, you need this!
only available to add on to a classic or custom facial 120 minutes

You certainly can if you’d like but no, you don’t necessarily need to remove makeup before an appointment. I will take off anything that needs to go. The only exception is if you’re wearing heavy eye makeup or waterproof mascara before a facial or dermaplane, in that case it would be best if you can remove it beforehand.
Here are a few things I recommend prior to any facial appointment.
1. Take inventory of your home care products. Either take pictures or write down what you’re currently using so I have a better idea of what to use during your service and what changes we may need to make. This also will help you to see what products you're running low on or if you’re in need of anything!
2. Stop any exfoliating products 3-5 days prior to your appointment! This includes enzymes, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, scrubs, retinols/retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, etc.
3. No injectables 1-2 weeks prior to your appointment!
4. Plan to workout beforehand! Sweating after a facial is a no no! We want to allow the products to work their magic and working up a sweat could irritate your skin following a facial.
I strongly suggest not applying makeup following your facial treatment. We just gave your skin a workout and pumped it with vitamins and nutrients, let's allow the skin to get the most out of the treatment for the remainder of the day/night. It is also more prone to bacteria making it more susceptible to breakouts/blemishes and irritation. The next day you are free to do your normal application. A little tip, wash your makeup brushes the day of your facial so that they are fresh & clean for the next time you apply makeup!
The brows cannot get wet for 24 hours following your appointment, this includes any sweating. I do not recommend doing a workout afterwards and would plan to do that beforehand. As far as showering goes, I would plan your hair washing day around your appointment. If you're washing your body you should be fine as long as you're facing away from the shower stream. For cleansing your face, I recommend using a washcloth and working around your brows carefully!
